I met the new owners when I arrived and we spoke of their ideas and dreams for the campground. They are a father/daughter team and are very nice and accommodating. I loved the area because it was far enough from the highway so it was very quiet. I can't wait to stay again next year and see what they've done with the place!

I had a great experience with Sod Dawg RV Park, even though we unfortunately weren’t able to stay due to my husband’s job being pushed back. Addyson, the new owner, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She recently took over the business, and she’s doing an amazing job.

From booking to cancellation, she guided us every step of the way and made everything easy and stress-free. That level of customer service really stood out—especially compared to other RV parks we contacted, where staff were rude and not very helpful when it came to availability.

Addyson went above and beyond to try to get us into a spot and was willing to work with us the whole time. That kind of dedication is hard to find.

We will definitely be rebooking when my husband is back in the area. Highly recommend—100%!

We have stayed here twice and are already planning a third. This is absolutely not a resort and is no frills which the price reflects. The owners are super friendly and very responsive. Easy in and out, close to I-40 but no noise from it, an occasional train is the only noise. Country setting but super close to town and most importantly a Buc-ees is just down the way.

No frills at this time but development of the property is in progress. Perfect location close enough to town to enjoy all the area has to offer and far enough away to avoid the hassle’s of the city. Extremely helpful service from the owner, Addison, whom even made a personal call to the tenants, during my stay, to warn of a pending grass fire in the area and to be on alert.just in case. Most folks could have cared less.
